This DD was spot on the two mornings I walked in. Ladies were taking and filling orders, sweeping and cleaning the entry areas, and the drive through was humming along. Donuts were plenty stocked and the flat screen TV's were on. Good location, easy in and out. I'll be back.

I have been here many of times during peaks breakfast times and the same story always comes out. They are known for not having a variety of donuts that the other dunkin donuts in the area have and often run out of the popular and most donuts. Not sure how you can run a donut shop when the only donuts available are glazed and vanilla long johns!!!!

Dunkin Donuts HQ should require they gove back their franchise. The group that runs this store must have missed "training week" portion of the franchising process. 1. The employees have NO idea how people order coffees. Let's face it, D&D's coffee rules the fast and easy drive thru market. Well at this D&D, they have no clue what a light and sweet is. If u say "I would like a small coffee with sugar and cream" they reply "is that a hot coffee or iced coffee". In the world today people order iced coffee as iced coffee 2. Speed. D&D is known for getting your coffee order super fast in the drive thru. NOT at this location. At this location you'll be lucky to get your 8am coffee by lunch time. Thank goodness there's a Church's Chicken next door so i can grab lunch at the same time. 3. Managers: never met a group of managers that are this clueless. I mean really, clueless 4. I keep going back because at the end of the day.. I am addicted to the coffee a s cant stand Starbucks.

Oh boy. Where do I begin?! Truly a TL; DR... Maybe with my own naivety, for thinking the fourth time there would be better than the first? Or perhaps the incredibly unbelievable lack of efficiency and general don't-know-how-to-do-my-jobness? Let's just roll 'em both together, shall we?? I'm from the East Coast originally, and spent many a morning at DD for a delicious, fresh, blueberry donut. Once I "grew up" I began to enjoy their coffee (as a non-coffee drinker, I thought that was a big deal). Then I moved to the West and Far North. I haven't seen or had DD in close to seven years. I was excited to see this one open after I moved here in Jan. First visit: excited!! Got my blueberry donut! And a coffee! Which somehow took almost 5mins to make. While I sat at the window. Coffee. With cream and sugar. Second visit: it was warm, I wanted a frozen coffee thing. The voice in the box had no idea what I was talking about. AS I STARED AT THE PHOTOS OF SAID DRINK. Third visit: I just wanted a breakfast sammich and another frozen drink. By this time I knew not to ask for anything special (read, use the names on the board, exactly) and to have "some" patience. Nope. This was the second time I didn't get a straw, had two different people hand me portions of my order, while asking if I had the other part of my order. Today? No different. I ordered a combo this time (K.I.S.S. method, right? No) and was asked if I wanted hashbrowns. Which come with a combo. I asked if they did. Was told no. Then yes. Then something about math and taxes. "Would you like a drink to go with your combo?" . . . No, I'm good. Combos have so many already-included-pieces I can't possibly add a drink to the one I'M ALREADY GOING TO GET! Which I had to point out. Got to the window. Waited. Dude was super happy, which is great, but doesn't know he doesn't know his job. Almost didn't give me my credit card back, because he wasn't looking at me at all just stuck his hand feebly toward me...into the window. I received The Bag. Then he turned away. He turned back. "Oh yeah, your coffee. :)" and off he went. Mind you, I ordered coffee. Cream 'n' sugar. Two minutes. A woman comes up, asks if I had the sammich with hash, and if I got it (by the way, this whole time I was looking inside, listening. Not a damn soul on the other side of the counter, but about 83 people behind it running around like chickens with no heads). She apologizes (yay?) And goes away. Super fast return, with my Coffee. I inspect the cup, see the "sugar" and "cream" tick marks, drive off. To whomever owns/operates this location: FIX IT. I don't think I'll be back. And my friends who have never had DD have visited and all share the sentiment. In the end it's fine, but....c'mon.

tl;dr - 100% of the donuts at Dunkin Donuts are trucked in frozen. I stopped in Dunkin this morning to see what all the hype was about. I asked about their process for making donuts. The employees at the register almost laughed at my question. Why, you ask? Well, they explained that all of their donuts come in frozen on a truck and they simply defrost them in the oven before selling them. What the hell. No thanks. Let me help you guys out. There's a great donut place about 2-3 minutes from here called Donut Hut. The owner is cool, the donuts are hand made with real dough/yeast and fried up fresh daily. Head up the road on Merle Hay. Take a left on Douglas. To your left, you'll see a place with a big sign that says "DONUT HUT". There will be a friendly guy at the counter who will greet you with a "good morning!" and a smile on his face. Make your donut purchase here. Enjoy your noms.
